Very poor customer service.
1. Failure to respond to two complaint emails.
2. Incomplete order.
3. Lack of information on product pages when ordering.
4. Would not honour a discount code.
We all understand that mistakes happen and the opportunity to put them right is an opportunity to impress. Not with OKA.

2. Two lamp shades were sent without reducers - meaning they would not sit on the lamps.
*normally you would expect UK lamp sales to be sold with a removable reducer allowing the shade to be used with both eu and Uk bulb fittings.
1. I have written two emails of complaint with no response.
3. The website does not give details on the lamp construction. It was only on opening that it was apparent that the fittings sit above the light, which casts ugly shadows on the ceiling. It would have been better to have a slip UNO fitter or a wax diffuser to stop the ugly shadows.
4. Oka would not honour a Black Friday code because there was no response to my communications due to COVID until after the codes deadline.
I have wanted very much to engage with Oka over 3 months to put these errors right but have had no response.
